Initially contracted to deliver a 2-week project, was later invited to work for the company permanently after exceeding expectations.
As the sole developer on the team, was in charge of maintaining the suite of already existing websites as well developing all future ones.
Provided with numerous opportunities to work with large, not-for-profit organisations in the health and well-being, and public service sectors.
Developed websites using chosen front-end frameworks and technologies to provide the best solutions to their clients with a single in-house developer.
Learned both hybrid and native mobile app development to assist with the entire rebuild of a health and well-being app used by the Police Association of Victoria.
Implemented version control, migrated websites to AWS, implemented company-wide password management tools, adopted Agile methodologies, assisted and mentored contracted developers, liaised with clients, provided CMS training, wrote detailed tender responses, wireframed prototype designs, upgraded office hardware, and offered first-line technical support.
Exposed to the advertising industry via sister company Convenience Advertising.
Promoted to Technical Lead in May 2022, inheriting additional responsibilities including team leadership and technical project planning and management.

Invited to work for the UK team remotely to assist with a backlog of front-end builds/projects.

Created and maintained over 20 WordPress-based websites.
Created a Chrome extension for a global hearing disability organisation that allows users to manipulate audio frequencies for any HTML5-based audio/video stream.
Created numerous features for and helped maintain 3 satellite websites for a leading Australian mobile network operator using Adobe Experience Manager.

Diagnosed and fixed an issue that caused page response times to take over 12 seconds on a live, nationwide betting website.
