I'm a web and app developer originally from the UK, but for the last 8 and a half years I've been living and working in Melbourne, Australia.

With over 20 years of experience producing digital solutions, I bring a unique blend of technical and creative skills. My background in UX and UI design, and experience working across multidisciplinary teams enables me to not only develop web and mobile solutions, but also plan, scope, and design them.

I'm proficient in modern web frameworks like React, Next.js and TailwindCSS, and have extensive experience building hybrid mobile applications with Ionic Framework. My expertise further extends to low and high fidelity asset design, cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD implementation, and leading production teams using Agile methodologies.

During the week I work as an independent contractor, providing technical solutions, websites and apps for a range of clients. Before this, I worked as Technical Lead for a small digital agency, managing a team and delivering apps and websites for public health and government organisations. Prior to moving to Australia, I was a Team Lead and Front-end Developer for a market leading software vendor, designing and developing websites for local government councils and higher education institutions.
